Welcome to JobCure Recruitment Agency. These Terms of Engagement (“Terms”) set out the conditions under which JobCure provides recruitment services to employers (“Clients”) and job seekers (“Candidates”). By engaging with our website, registering with JobCure, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
JobCure: JobCure Recruitment Agency, a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. 16378025) and operating via www.jobcure.co.uk.
Client: An organisation or individual seeking permanent recruitment services from JobCure.
Candidate: An individual registering with JobCure for permanent employment opportunities.
Permanent Placement: The introduction of a Candidate for a permanent position, where fees are calculated as a percentage of the Candidate’s agreed gross annual salary.
2. Scope of Services
For Clients:
JobCure provides permanent recruitment services across a wide range of healthcare and health-support roles. This includes, but is not limited to:

Healthcare Assistants

Care Workers
-
Mental Health Workers
-
Allied Health Professionals
-
Paramedics
-
Radiographers
-
Medical Secretaries
-
Administrative Staff
-
Receptionists
-
Porters
-
Cleaning Staff
-
Catering Staff
-
Drivers
-
Facilities Support Staff
-
Service/Operations Managers
-
Clinical Leads
-
Project Managers
-
Compliance Officers
-
Estates and Maintenance Staff
-
Security Personnel
-
Decontamination/Sterile Services Staff

Clinical Coders
-
Ward Clerks

Practice Managers
JobCure acts as an intermediary to source and introduce suitable candidates for permanent vacancies.
For Candidates:
JobCure supports candidates in finding appropriate permanent roles that align with their skills and experience. Candidates are encouraged to provide accurate and up-to-date information to assist with successful placements.
3. Engagement Process
Registration:
Clients and Candidates must register with JobCure and confirm acceptance of these Terms.
Assessment & Matching:
JobCure will assess requirements, conduct pre-screening and compliance checks, and recommend suitable candidates based on role specifications.
Placement Confirmation:
When a Client accepts a Candidate for a role, JobCure will issue a placement confirmation and fee invoice. The Candidate is introduced on a permanent basis directly to the Client.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
Permanent Placement Fees:
Fees are calculated as a percentage of the Candidate’s agreed gross annual salary. Standard fees are:

Healthcare Assistants, Support Staff: 10–12%

Registered Nurses, Allied Health, Radiographers: 12–15%

Managers, Leads, Professionals: 15–18%
A 3% discount applies to permanent placement fees if payment is received within 10 calendar days of the invoice date.
Payment Terms:

Invoices must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date.

Overdue payments may incur interest at 2% per day on the outstanding balance.
5. Responsibilities
Clients:

Provide accurate job descriptions and role requirements.

Inform JobCure of all hires resulting from introductions.

Pay invoices in line with agreed terms.
Candidates:

Submit truthful and current information.

Inform JobCure of any changes to availability or circumstances.

Honour all contractual commitments post-placement.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All personal and commercial information shared during the recruitment process will be handled in strict confidence and in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
JobCure acts as a facilitator of introductions and is not responsible for actions or performance of either the Candidate or the Client post-placement. Clients are responsible for conducting their own employment checks and onboarding.
8. Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
